By booking you agree to our Terms & Conditions https://houseofphoenix.com/terms-and-conditions. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly approved by management. Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day bookings are final once confirmed; deposits are non-refundable if canceled or you do not appear for your session.

House of Phoenix Wellness Studio ("the Studio"), operated by IKT Enterprises, LLC, is dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic massage and sound therapy services in New York, NY. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a positive experience for all our clients.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This section outlines how we collect, use, protect, and handle your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with applicable New York State and federal laws.

  • Book an appointment (name, contact details, health information relevant to services).
  • Register on our site or fill out a form.

3. Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept  cash or contactless payments (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp).  All payments are processed securely.

3.2 Payment Due Date

Payment for services is due in full at the time of service, unless a pre-payment or package deal has been arranged. For online bookings, pre-payment may be required to secure your appointment.

3.3 Pricing

Service prices are clearly listed on our website and at the Studio. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any booked services will honor the price at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness to all clients and our practitioners, we adhere to the following policy:

  • We require at least 24- hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than the required notice period may incur a 50% of service fee.
  • This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure fair access to appointments for all clients.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows may be charged the full service fee and may require pre-payment for future bookings.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed. The full service fee will still apply. ‎

5. Refund and Return Policy

All sales for services rendered are final. We do not offer refunds for completed therapeutic massage or sound therapy sessions. In exceptional circumstances, management may consider a partial credit or reschedule at its sole discretion.
