At House of Phoenix Wellness Studio, we are committed to providing the highest level of professional care and service through our therapeutic massage, ASMR, and sound healing sessions. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing any service.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are subject to our [Terms & Conditions] and are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by management. Once a booking or purchase has been made, payment is considered final.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee at management’s discretion.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), will result in the full session fee being retained with no refund.

3. Same-Day Bookings and Cancellations

For appointments booked on the same day of service, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

Due to limited practitioner availability and the preparation required, same-day bookings are considered final once confirmed.

If a client cancels or requests to reschedule a same-day appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

If the client fails to appear for the session (“no-show”), the full session fee may be charged at management’s discretion.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of management. If a refund is approved, it may be subject to administrative or processing fees.

5. Professional Conduct and Boundaries

House of Phoenix Wellness Studio provides strictly professional therapeutic services focused on healing, relaxation, and wellness. This is not a sexual service.

Any form of sexual solicitation, misconduct, or harassment toward our practitioners will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to permanent suspension of the client’s account or booking privileges.

6. Practitioner Discretion

Our practitioners reserve the right to end any session at their professional discretion if a client’s behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or violates the studio’s code of conduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Agreement to Policy

By booking a session or purchasing a service with House of Phoenix Wellness Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy and all other applicable policies, including our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
